Have you ever spent so much time in a cave that you can hardly see when you get out? That’s me.
It’s a small world…while on our first leg in Bellevue, WA, we met two Canadian teachers and their two boys who are taking time to travel the USA. Thousands of miles later, we meet them again at the Caverns!
We are borrowing wi-fi access from an RV campground before we sneak off to Walmart to camp for free, in Carlsbad, NM. We took two cavern tours at the Carlsbad Caverns (duh) today and will travel to Austin over the next three days.
Martin will join us next week for the holidays and he’ll get to meet Maya’s family here. We plan on staying at least a month, so I’ll email our address as soon as we’re settled.
