So busy painting that I have little time to blog! We’ve spent time on the Santiam River, Columbia River, and Pacific Ocean this summer. Since we had great weather I was able to paint en plain air.
The waves were large and dramatic over the weekend; allowing the translucent green to show when a wave was breaking.
Taft is a charming community south of Lincoln City, Oregon. Everything you need is within walking distance (cookies, ice cream, whale watching, beach access, and lodging).
