Exhibit at Sam’s Station

I hung 31 of my 8×8-inch framed daily paintings at Sam’s Station this week. See them until the end of February. Next Month I’ll hang at Stash, the new yarn shop downtown. And last month I hung at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Valley Morning 11

$64 © Pam Van Londen 2010, Valley Morning 11, 8×8 Acrylic on Claybord Lately, I prefer acrylic over oil paint on the Claybord surface. With it, I can still get a transparent underpainting that shows a lot of visual texture then pile up thicker paint on top to create a physical texture.

Thank you fall Festival!

Thank you to Cindy, Shauna, Hailey, Denise, Hilary, and Quincy for all their help getting my booth set up and packed up again! I am happy to announce I sold 24 paintings at Fall Festival in spite of the rain! I have several new collectors and had a few returning collectors, which is humbling.

Fall Festival 2011 booth 168

The Grace Center For Adult Day Services presents the 5th Annual Chef’s Jubilie on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Grace Center for Adult Day Services located at 980 NW Spruce Ave. in Corvallis. Tickets are $55/adult and 50/50 Raffle tickets are $5 each. A silent auction features local artists and adventures. My Radishes painting will be auctioned.
